BALL CHECK VALVES

ball check valve has corrosion-resistant PVC body, E-Z access port, and threaded NPT or socket weld female by female connections. Suited for wastewater and storm water pumping applications, product is rated for max temperature of 150°F and max pressure of 100 psi. Product, recommended for flow velocity of 3â€“5 ft/sec, is available in sizes from 1â€“14 in. and manufactured in Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, 316 Stainless Steel, and PVC.

Designed to prevent back flow in waste water pumping systems and are considered to be the best sewage check valve due to their ability to handle solids in suspension without clogging.

The inclusion of ball check valves is a pre-requisite for any pumping station to comply with BS EN12050.

Connection size range from 1 1/4" BSP to DN300 flanged.

Ball Check Valves are cast ductile iron with zinc-plated steel studs and nuts. Liner materials include PFA, PVDF, or PP, which resist corrosion and potential permeation to maintain purity of fluids. Pressure-rated from full vacuum to 150 psi, devices are suited for high pressure fluids and those that create gummy deposits. In event of backflow, shut off is immediate while tighter seal is provided for higher reverse flow pressure.
